There are good youtube videos on arpeggio technique that will help with this. You'll notice there is some disagreement among teachers whether to connect the notes of arpeggios with finger legato, my preference in Fur Elise is to not try to connect the E and the G# because the pedal will be down and you won't hear a difference.
